BOOKING POLICY

PLEASE READ: Your appointment must be reserved with a credit card at the time booking. This is not an upfront charge but a reservation hold. However, if an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, if you are a no-show, or if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your card will be charged $20–$40 per service. The exact amount is based on the cost of the service(s) booked—typically 50%. A deposit will be required in order to rebook after a missed or late appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and request a partial service and or you are accommodated with a shortened or reduced version of your scheduled service(s), the full amount of the original service(s) booked will still be charged. There are absolutely no exceptions to these policies. I kindly ask that you please be considerate of my time, as well as the time of my other clients. Please note, I do not remove nail work done by other salons or technicians. All product, enhancements or materials from previous providers must be fully removed before your appointment. If any mentioned in previous sentence from a prior service remains at the time of your visit, the appointment will be canceled and 50% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file.
